Cancellation
- You may cancel your subscription at any time from your Settings page
- After cancellation, you retain full access until the end of your current billing period
- No further charges will be made once cancelled
- You can re-subscribe at any time to regain access to paid content
7-Day No-Questions-Asked Refund
- If you're not satisfied for any reason, request a full refund within 7 days of your purchase
- No questions asked — just email us
- To request a refund, email hello@zuzu.codes with the email address on your account
- Approved refunds are processed to your original PayPal payment method within 5–10 business days
After 7 Days
- Refund requests made after the 7-day window are handled on a case-by-case basis
- Partial refunds for unused portions of a billing period are not available
EU/UK Consumers — Cooling-Off Period
Under the EU Consumer Rights Directive and UK Consumer Rights Act 2015, you have a statutory 14-day right of withdrawal. Since zuzu.codes delivers digital content immediately upon subscription, you acknowledge that:
- Digital content delivery begins immediately
- You expressly consent to waive the 14-day withdrawal right upon accessing paid content
- If you have not accessed any paid content, you may request a full refund within 14 days
Our 7-day no-questions-asked refund applies regardless, even if content has been accessed.
Upgrades
- If you upgrade from Pro to Premium, you receive pro-rata credit for remaining days on your current plan
- If you're unsatisfied after an upgrade, the 7-day refund policy applies from the date of the upgrade
Free Content
Free tracks are always accessible without a subscription. No payment, cancellation, or refund is needed to access free content.
