- One account per person — sharing account credentials is not permitted
Account
- You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account
- You may delete your account at any time from the Settings page or by emailing us
- We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms
Subscriptions & Billing
- Free content is accessible without a subscription
- Paid tracks require an active Pro or Premium subscription
- Subscriptions are billed via PayPal and renew automatically at the end of each billing period
- You may cancel at any time; access continues until the end of the current billing period
- Prices may change with at least 30 days' prior notice
- All prices are listed in USD
EU/UK Consumer Rights — Cooling-Off Period
Under the EU Consumer Rights Directive and UK Consumer Rights Act 2015, you have a 14-day right of withdrawal for online purchases. However, by subscribing to zuzu.codes and accessing digital content immediately, you acknowledge and consent that:
- Digital content delivery begins immediately upon subscription
- You expressly waive the 14-day withdrawal right upon accessing paid content
- If you have not accessed any paid content, you may request a full refund within 14 days
This does not affect our 7-day no-questions-asked refund policy, which is more generous than the statutory minimum.
Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Submit malicious code or attempt to exploit the code execution environment
- Attempt to access other users' data or accounts
- Scrape, reverse-engineer, or reproduce course content
- Use the platform for any unlawful purpose
Code Execution
Code submitted through our platform is executed in isolated, sandboxed environments. We make no guarantees regarding execution availability or uptime. Code execution is rate-limited on a per-user basis.
Intellectual Property
- Course content (lessons, quizzes, dialogue, challenges) is owned by zuzu.codes and its creators
- Code you write and submit as part of challenges remains yours
- We may use anonymized, aggregated submission data to improve the platform
Artificial Intelligence
zuzu.codes may use AI and machine learning technologies to enhance the learning experience. When AI features are present:
- Transparency — AI-powered features are clearly labeled within the platform. You will always know when you are interacting with AI-generated content or AI-assisted functionality
- Human oversight — AI outputs are reviewed and curated by our team. AI does not make autonomous decisions that affect your account, billing, or access
- No high-risk AI — We do not use AI for profiling, scoring, biometric identification, or any purpose classified as high-risk under the EU AI Act
- Your data and AI — User submissions and learning data are not used to train or fine-tune AI models without explicit consent. See our Privacy Policy for details
- Accountability — We are responsible for the AI features deployed on our platform, regardless of the underlying model provider

zuzu.codes is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee specific learning outcomes, career results, or job placement.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, our total liability to you for any claims arising from your use of the platform is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email or a notice on the platform at least 30 days before they take effect. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
Applicable Laws
These terms are governed by the laws of India, including the Information Technology Act 2000, Consumer Protection Act 2019, and the Digital Personal Data Protection Act 2023. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Bhagalpur, Bihar, India. If you are an EU/UK consumer, this does not affect your statutory rights under your local consumer protection laws.
